The time has come for our cows to find the path to the pastures and the fresh grass of a sunny spring. For Isigny Ste-Mère the month of May marks the return of our well-known Fresh Spring Butter.
Each month of May, our dear Normandy seems to revive. The leaves get back on the trees, the flowers appear where we were not expecting them and a thick green grass cover the pastures of our beautiful lands.
This new grass gives to our cows’ milk, an exceptional richness in vitamin A, D and carotene. As a result we obtain a unique smooth and fine butter, only available from May to July.
This small production (only 2 cases per shop) will be available in every Whole Foods Market in the US, from Saturday, 1st June. Its inimitable aromas and strong yellow color will satisfy every gourmet at any time of the day.
